Katie believes that kindness is a strategy and that great communication is basically office magic — the kind that keeps teams connected, customers up to date on their orders, and group chats mildly hilarious. Known around the warehouse as the “Warehouse Ninja” for her swift moves, precision skills, and uncanny ability to find any item. She has a black belt in knocking down container shipments and also kicking through orders. With a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment operations, she thrives in fast-paced environments where efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.

Liz

As the Manager of Mayhem, she brings structure to disorder, clarity to confusion, and a whole lot of personality to the world of spreadsheets and financials.
